Itinerary:

Day 1: April 22nd, 2026 -  Toronto to Beijing - (In Flight)  (D)

With a population of 14 million, Beijing, the capital of China, has been the country's seat of political power for hundreds of years and is known throughout the world for such awe-inspiring attractions as the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Ming Tombs and the Great Wall.  

 

Day 2 - April 23rd, 2026: Arrive - Beijing  (D)

In the afternoon, arrive in Beijing and meet with a local guide at the airport, then be sent back to 4* hotel to be informed.

 

Day 3 - April 24th, 2026: Beijing (B/L/D) 

This morning, visit Tian-An-Men Square and Grand Theatre (photo-taking outside), then go to visit Forbidden City, one of the World’s best preserved imperial palaces, where 24 Chinese emperors once lived and worked (visit three main courtyards). In the afternoon, visit the Majestic Temple of Heaven, where the emperor and his ministers hold a ceremony for blessing the harvest and peace for the nation. Followed by Hutong tour (Rickshaw riding tour). Dinner and stay in the same hotel. 

Day 4 - April 25th, 2026 : Beijing (B/L/D) 

Today, you will visit the Great Wall and on the way stop at the Olympic Venue (photo-taking), the Water Cube and the Bird Nest Stadium. In the afternoon, visit the Summer Palace where emperors from the Qing Dynasty spent their summers. After dinner, visit Taikoo Plaza ( popular for its unique architecture and fashionable shopping ) or Huangfujin Food Street in the center of the city. Stay in the same hotel.

  

Day 5 - April 26th, 2026 : Beijing - Suzhou (B/L/D) 

This morning, you will take the bullet train to Suzhou (5.5 hours). Upon arrival, eat lunch, then visit the newly developed Pinjiang ancient Street, where you can enjoy residents’ present life, followed by Guanqian pedestrian street for free shopping. Stay in the Pan Pacific Hotel 5* (Former Sheraton hotel).   

  

Day 6 - April 27th, 2026 : Suzhou--Hangzhou (B/L/D) 

This morning, you will visit the Lingering Garden of the Ming dynasty, one of the UNESCO heritage sites in China, Suzhou, noted for its ancient classical garden. After lunch, go for Hangzhou via toll way ( 2.5 hours) , upon arrival, visit Linglin Temple and the Hills carved with Buddha statues from the Song dynasty. If time permitted, visit the City Balcony located on the Qiantang River side. (City Balcony is a newly developed riverside promenade where you can enjoy those high-rise buildings, including the headquarters of Alibaba, etc.). After dinner, enjoy the show, Best Memory of HZ ( The stage above the water). Stay in the 4* hotel.

  

Day 7 - April 28th, 2026 : Hangzhou --Shanghai (B/L/D) 

This morning, you will take a west lake cruise and then visit Flower Harbour Park. Afternoon, visit the Tea Plantation (Dragon Well Tea village) to enjoy Chinese green tea. Then go for Shanghai ( 2.5 hours). After dinner, walk along the “Bund “ to enjoy the charming night view of Shanghai and the universal architectures preserved from the Colonial period (1864--1945). Stay in the 4* hotel.

  

Day 8 - April 29th, 2026 : Shanghai (B/L/D)  

Today you will visit the famous Yuyuan bazaar (old town). After lunch, go to explore the well-known Nanjing Road, where you can. After dinner, take a River cruise on the Huangpu River. Stay in the 4* Hotel.  

  

Day 9 - April 30th, 2026 : Shanghai - Xi’an (B/L/D)  

The city of Xi’an, the Eastern terminus of the fabled Silk Road and one of the ancient capitals of China, is home to the Terra Cotta Museum. In 1974, while digging a well, a group of villagers made what was to be the greatest archaeological find of the 20th century when they unearthed fragments of a life-sized terra cotta warrior. Further excavation revealed thousands of warriors and their horses, an entire army formation designed to follow the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty (221-206BC) into eternity. This morning, after breakfast in the hotel, you will fly to Xi’an (2 hours). Upon arrival, you will visit the world-famous Terra Cotta Warriors Museum, one of the greatest archaeological findings in the 20th century. After dinner, enjoy a musical and dancing show of Tang Dynasty (618-907A.D.) style. Stay in the Sheraton Hotel 5* or similar.

  

Day 10 - May 1st, 2026 : Xi’an - Guilin (B/L/D) 
This morning, visit the Ming Dynasty City Wall, the best-preserved wall in the world. After lunch, you will fly to Guilin. Upon arrival, visit Reed Flute Cave and Elephant Trunk Hill Park. Night market before checking into the 4* Hotel. 

  

Day 11 - May 2nd, 2026 : Guilin (B/L/D) 

Today it will be the highlight of your Li River Cruise to enjoy those unique-shaped hills and forest, and witness local farmers’ daily life along the river till 2 pm at Yangshuo, where you can have free time walking along West Street. On the way to Guilin city, stopover at the paddy fields to enjoy the natural beauty of the rural area. After dinner, free to walk around Ronghu Lake. Stay in the same hotel. 

  

Day 12 - May 3rd, 2026 : Guilin-Shenzhen - Fenggang (B/L/D)  
This morning, take the bullet train for Shenzhen ( 3.5 hours), upon arrival, have lunch, then the tour coach sends you to Fenggang Town, where your ancestral village is located. Afternoon, visit the designated villages. Tonight, enjoy authentic Hakka cousin dinner at a local restaurant. Stay in the Gladden hotel 5* or the Hampton hotel 4* near Niuhu. 

  

Day 13 - May 4th, 2026 : Fenggang - HKG (B) 

This morning coach will send you to HKG through China-HKG customs, go through immigration with all your luggage and documents. Meet bus and driver at HKG side, then escort to HKG Regal hotel located at Tsim Sha Zhui, in the afternoon start HKG half day tour including Victoria Peak ( one way by English style Tramway DingDing ), Repulse Bay, Stanley market and Bauhinia Square, Symbol of HKG sovereignty back to China. Lunch and Dinner on your own. Stay in the Regal Hotel 4*. 

  

Day 14 - May 5th, 2026 : Hong Kong (B)

Today you may go to visit Bolin Temple (Tian Tan Big Buddha) located at Lantau Island, or take a Ferry boat crossing the Victoria Harbour to visit HKG island or just walk along the promenade, Star Ave and shop along Nathan Road. Stay in the same hotel.

  

Day 15 - May 6th, 2026 : HKG - Toronto (B)

Today, go to the airport by hotel shuttle bus (arranged by the agent). End of your China trip.
